What geographic territories do you cover?
We can and have helped people from all over the globe.
Our headquarters is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Therefore, being on-site in another part of the world takes some planning. However, as long as your computer has an active Internet connection, our remote support tool allows us to be there in a virtual environment almost instantaneously.

What is a CIO or a CTO?
The terms stand for "Chief Information Officer" and "Chief Technology Officer."
Generally, they are considered "C" (executive) level positions with the knowledge and experience to lead organizations from start to finish through business and technology related goal and vision achievement.

Are the products and services I see on your website the only ones you offer?
The list of products and services we offer is way too long to list on any webpage. The products and services you see there are, for the most part, general categories. If you are looking for a specific business and technology related product or service and you don't see it in the list, give us a call or an email.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products and services?

Why are you using the (Un)Common name instead of The Computer Connectors?
For a few reasons actually. First, our goal is to differentiate ourselves from the "average" technology companies. We strive to provide outstanding support and client experience. Secondly, we find that some Internet search engines are confused by the "Connectors" in our TCC name.

Why did TCC's founder reestablish The Computer Connectors in Sioux Falls after operating in Denver for so many years?
